Hi all. Welcome to scottlaird.net!
I hope you find the information you are seeking at my site.
My work at NCSSM-Durham and NCSSM-Morganton has now come to a close and I am looking to the future with great anticipation. I retired from NCSSM effective July 1 and look forward to spending more time working with students and teachers around the US in coming years. I am actively booking conducting engagements for high school honor orchestras and professional development workshops for string teachers into 2028. I am excited to have more time to "share my secrets" with students and teachers in coming years.
